Refund & Return Policy
At Viskon, your eye health and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, contact lenses and personal eye care items, our refund and return policy is designed with both safety and hygiene in mind.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To ensure product integrity and your safety, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

We cannot accept returns for lenses that have been opened, worn, or handled due to health regulations.

Photo evidence in case of damage or incorrect product
Our team will guide you through the next steps. Shipping costs for returned items are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Refund & Exchange Timeline

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges will be sent out once the returned items are approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene concerns and regulatory compliance, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used contact lenses

Toric custom-made prescription lenses

Sale items marked as final
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and receive a refund or exchange, including the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).

We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted here and will take effect immediately upon posting.
