Returns & Refunds

Keep It New: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and sellable condition.

Exceptions: No returns on sale items, used items, custom made orders, or personalized goods.

Defective Goods: If an item is faulty, it can be returned for an exchange. Opening the product may void this option.

Order Mistakes: Ordered the wrong item? Exchanges are possible with a fee.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

Step 1 . Contact Us: Start by submitting a Return Form. We'll need your Order ID and a photo of the issue.

Step 2. Shipping: You're responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable method to ensure it gets back to us.

Step 3. Notification: We'll let you know once we've received and reviewed your return.

Refunds are provided based on your original payment method. Refund processing takes up to 7 days.
