To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging. Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refund and Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in new and unused condition. If the item(s) are eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process the refund or exchange within 2 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
