Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.

Local Delivery (within Malaysia):

  • 2 working days

International Delivery:

  • 4 working days by Express shipping
  • 15-20 working days by Standard shipping
Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If there is no shipping method selection at checkout, please reach out to us for assistance.

Are Your Contact Lenses Safe To Use?

Yes, definitely. VISKON is certified to International Standards including ISO13485, ISO 9001, FDA, KFDA, HSA, MDA and etc.

Having said so, it is still important to follow proper wear and care guide, get a regular eye exam for maintaining good eye health.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept debit cards and major credit cards:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Maestro, JCB, and American Express.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

Here are some common causes of declined payments:

  • Insufficient funds or has reached its limit
  • Card information is incorrect
  • The credit card is expired
  • You are making an international purchase
  • Your card has been previously reported as stolen
  • Your purchase triggered fraud protection

Please contact your bank if your payment attempts were unsuccessful.

How do I place an Order?

4 simple steps.

1 Step – Click on the product that you are interested in. Then, choose the options.

2 Step – Add into your shopping bag.

3 Step – Proceed to checkout. Followed by entering your shipping details.

4 Step – Submit payment and wait for your order delivery.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Guest checkout is currently not supported. In order to place an order with us, you will have create an account. Having an account allows you to keep track of your orders and save your details for convenience.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

If you have any questions, please navigate to contact us page and submit your queries. We typically reply queries within 12 working hours.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact us.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will usually get your tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping fee shall be borne by customers unless product is proved to be defective in nature. Return a Product
